Structure
The tensile body is made of:
✓ High-strength steel wire mesh
✓ Nylon mesh
✓ Aramid fibre mesh
✓ or low elongation galvanised steel wire rope
The transverse reinforcing bodies are added above or below the longitudinal steel wire rope as anti-tear layers, combined with high-strength, wear-resistant, and ageing-resistant cover rubber.
When the belt is pierced and torn by sharp objects during operation, it prevents the tear from expanding.
